we here at bofosoco won a web award not too long ago and it got us thinking...we are all industry professionals
and we are the ones who should be giving out the awards! we have experts in the field of music, the web, literature,
art, computers, philosophy, sociology, history, poetry, and oceanography. who better to assign awards then us?
not only that, but when we recieved our award we were told that to be put in the award data table we had to give them $$$!
since we the bofopeople were under the impression that awards were free, we were confused. but then we thought:
most of the sites that actually had awards weren't really good. so we want to develop a new standard on the web,
where only truely good sites win awards! so here is the deal:
- send your url to this adress: chris@bofosoco.com
and we will review your site
- we will give you a detailed review of your site including load times, useability, layout critique,
and give you suggestions on improvements that might bring more traffic to your site.
- only those who truely have a good site will win a bofoaward! if your site fails, you can get
a second review(see pricing structure below)
Pricing Structure
- first review: free.
- second review: $100 USD, details to follow after first review.
- furthur reviews: $50 USD each.
since we give you suggestions on how to improve your site, we have
great confidence that after 3 or 4 reviews you will win a really
good award ;^)
Awards Structure
- Super Outstading BofoSite :: the best award possible, if you
win this you are dang good!
- BofoGood site :: you are good, but not the best. keep working!
- Bofo-K site :: your site is ok, but not special.
if you win a bofo-award, you will go into the bofoawards list. since the web is constantly in
flux, your award could expire. if it does you must renew your award. if you consistantly get
bofoawards, you will go into the bofohall of fame! more on this exiting topic is to come...
