hi there readers, before you read any further take the time to sign the line below:

i hereby promise not to sue bofosoco for any damage that i may do to myself or others after reading these letters. i also hereby declare that if anyone sues bofosoco for damage that i do to them because of bofosoco, i will finance bofosoco's side of the lawsuit and pay any damages that bofosoco is forced to pay:

ok, now that we have that out of the way it's time to take a little break. that's right! stop whatever you're doing and lets make some crafts.
1)grab a piece of paper, any piece of paper will do
2)fold it in half
2.5)now fold it in half the other way
3)unfold the paper
so lets recap, you should have a piece of paper with 2 perpendicular creases in it. everyone got it? good. lets get back to work:
5)get some string
6)cut 2 pieces of string, each the length of your body. for example, if you are 5'8", cut two pieces of string that are 5'8" long.
7)punch 4 holes in the paper.
7.25-7.75)one for each corner
8)now tie the string through the holes in the paper so they cross in the middle. i.e.: for the first piece of string tie one end in the top right corner and the other end in the bottom left corner. now do that with the other string as well.

ok class, let everyone catch up. if you're falling behind, hurry up! we don't have all day you know. if you're finished with the first 8 steps take a deep breath and stretch out for a second. i know this can be tough, but once you're done the result is pure gratification. ok, stretched and ready to go? good!
9)now, put the looped strings over your arms, so the piece of paper is hanging on your back.
10)run to the closest window and jump out.
